This time I am going to introduce my favorite contestant from the past season. My favorite contestant from the past is David Archuleta. He is exactly the same age as me, and I had watched him through the season 7. Although he did not win the competition, he was very popular in the show, and never had been the bottom 3 through the entire weeks of season 7. One of my favorite performance from his is when he sang "In This Moment" in the final. After the show, he released his first album "David Archuleta" including his first single "Crush". It hit the chart, and he is very famous in the world. I cannot believe he is same age as me and I truly respect him a lot.

She was the contestant from season 3. Jennifer Hudson made it through to the Top 12 finalists, but she could not get enough votes to be the American Idol. She ended up being 7th, but i think she was doing a great job, and i believe that she has one of the strongest voice in this world today. As you might know that she was in the musical called " Dream Girls ". She won the Golden
Globe Award as best actress in a supporting role, also the Academy Award for best supporting actress. It shows that how much American Idol gives each contestant an opportunity after the show. One of my favorite performance from her is when she sang a son called "Weekend In New England". That was absolutely hot performance! She is really talented!
